Day 1

Bishkek → Kuiruchuk → Shilbily Pasture

7:00AM - 8:00 AM: Depart from your hostel in Bishkek, and meet your guide.
Morning: Begin drive to Kuiruchuk (~4-5 hours)
Noon: Lunch near Kuiruchuk
Afternoon: Horseback trek to Shilbily Pasture (~5 hours)
Later evening: Arrival at yurt stays, dinner, and rest

Shilbily → Song-Kul Lake

8:00 AM: Traditional Breakfast
After breakfast: Horseback trek to Song-Kul Lake (~5 hours)
On arrival: Traditional Lunch on arrival at the lake
Afternoon: Free time to explore the lake and surroundings
Evening: Overnight in yurts with a traditional dinner

Begin horseback to Kyzart (~6 hours)
Lunch on arrival to Kyzart
Afternoon: Drive to Bokonbaevo

Morning: Breakfast + Eagle Hunting Show in Bokonbaevo
Noon: Lunch + visit to Skazka Canyon
Afternoon: Begin drive to Karakol

Dinner and rest in local guesthouse

Before noon: Begin drive to Bishkek (northern part of Issyk Kul lake, circling the lake).

Helmets are not customary in Kyrgyzstan. There is a helmet rental ($5 USD per day per person, if desired)
